This page explains the limits of what content on the Nomadica Solutions website (nomadicasolutions.com) is and isn't. Read it alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Educational content only
Blog posts, FAQs, downloads, seminar materials, social media posts, newsletter content, and conversational responses through this site are for general informational and educational purposes. They are not, and should not be relied on as:
- Tax advice for your specific situation
- Legal advice
- Financial planning advice
- Investment advice
- Audit or attest opinions
Plain version: reading something on this site is not the same as hiring us to advise you. Tax and finance are highly fact-specific. Always consult a qualified professional about your particular circumstances before acting.
When does Nomadica actually advise you?
An accountant-client relationship with Nomadica Solutions, LLC is created only when both parties have signed a written engagement letter that defines the scope of services. Until that engagement letter is signed:
- Conversations through the contact form, email, free consultations, social media, or seminars are exploratory.
- We are not your accountant or tax preparer of record.
- You should not act on anything we say in those exploratory conversations as if it were formal advice.
"Federally Authorized Tax Preparers" — what that means
Nomadica Solutions provides federally authorized tax preparation services, meaning we are authorized to prepare federal tax returns and to represent taxpayers before the IRS within the scope of our credentials. This authorization does not constitute or imply:
- Endorsement by the IRS or any other government agency
- A guarantee of any particular tax outcome
- Coverage for state-level matters that fall outside our preparer authorization
No guarantee of tax outcomes
We work hard to identify deductions, credits, and strategies that legitimately reduce our clients' tax liability. We never guarantee a specific refund amount, audit outcome, or tax savings figure. Tax law changes, your facts may change, and the IRS or state revenue agency makes the final determination on your return.
Testimonials
Testimonials shown on the Site reflect the personal experience of the individual quoted. Results vary client to client based on circumstances, completeness of records, and many other factors. A testimonial is not a guarantee that you will experience the same outcome.
Third-party content and links
The Site references and links to third-party tools and content (for example, our scheduling platform, blog content imported from prior platforms, embedded Google reviews). We don't control those third parties and don't endorse the entirety of their content. Linking to a third-party resource doesn't mean we vet every claim that resource makes.
Errors and updates
Tax rules and best practices change. Despite our best efforts, content on the Site may become outdated or contain errors. If you spot something wrong, please email us at [email protected] and we'll review it.
